at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Staff will prepare
for your treatment. Arriving late will lessen your treatment time,
thus reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Late arrival
will be charged full cost. |

Please
leave all valuables in your room when visiting the spa. The Spa does
not take responsibility for any lost, stolen or damage done to the
personal property.

| Consideration

Your
health and safety come first. Please inform your therapist of any
medical conditions that need to be taken into consideration during your
spa treatment. Let your therapist know of any skin allergies or
pregnancy, and indicate any areas of your body that may require
special attention.

| Cancellation

Cancellations
should be made at least 2 hours prior to your appointment time
otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
“No
show” will be charge the full treatment cost.

Tara
Spa accepts cash and all major credit cards. Hotel guests may
charge spa treatments to their room. All price are quoted in USD
($) and are inclusive of 10% VAT.

Tara
Spa is a calm, private and quiet area, thus all electric devices
such as mobile phone, music players and others that might cause
disturbance will not be allowed.

Advance
Internet bookings are encouraged to avoid disappointment. The spa
reserves the right to offer and recommend alternative spa
treatments if the ones requested are not available.
